The agreement between you and Gimme Giveaways Ltd.
These terms govern entry into prize competitions promoted by Gimme Giveaways Ltd (company number SC742918), registered in Scotland. By entering any competition you accept these terms.
Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter.
Each competition may be entered by purchasing tickets online or by the free postal route described on our Postal Entry page. Both routes carry the same odds and are subject to the same closing time.
Every competition requires the correct answer to a skill-based question. Entries with an incorrect answer are void and not eligible for the draw.
Entries close at the time stated on the competition, or when all tickets are sold, whichever is first. The winner is selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random number generator.
Where a competition does not reach its published minimum number of entries, the draw will still take place and all entrants will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
Prizes are as described and cannot be exchanged unless stated. Where a prize becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.
